MERCED, CA – Newman Mayor Casey Graham proudly endorses Congressman John Duarte for re-election. Graham was elected to the Newman City Council in 2014 and was elected Mayor in 2020. Mayor Graham is a veteran with a law enforcement background focused on making the city of Newman a safer place to raise a family, live, and start a business.
