Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC Endorses John Duarte for Congress

Modesto — Today, the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC endorsed John Duarte for Congress. Founded in 1978, The Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association is dedicated to the protection of Proposition 13 and the advancement of taxpayers’ rights, including fighting against raising taxes in California.
